Pricing Schedule

	Services Description	Hourly Rate
	Basic Services: Word Processing, Medical or Legal Transcription, Restaurant Menu, Program Flyer, Typesetting, Technical Document/Manual, Information Processing, Data Entry, Bookkeeping	$20

	Premium Services: Desktop Publishing, Computer and Software Upgrade, Backup, Web Development, Design and Maintenance	$35

Payment Terms:

Terms of sale are net 30 days, payable in US currency, cash, checks or credit cards through Paypal.

Monthly Retainer Package:

Retainer fee of $200 each month or 50% of the total amount of quotation before any work starts. We typically engage for 1-month cycles. We keep track of hours, roll forward overages and note under usage to either suggest to replenish at the end of the month. Task will be suspended when retainer fee has depleted lower than 50% of the Monthly Retainer Package. The remainder of the retainer fee that is not used will be refunded when service is terminated.

Quotations:

It is always best to have a quotation before any task begins.

Minimum Charges:

There is a minimum order of the 1st hourly rate is applied. Example: an 30 minutes word processing task will be charge for $20.

Single Task Order:

Non-refundable 50% deposit is applied before task begins. Balance is due before final delivery.

Discount:

Only one discount offer is allowed for each order.
